It is a token of the love of Nature that we have ups and downs in our lives.

A Happy New Year, everyone!
I’m Fuyo Haruna.
I’m truly grateful that I can have people read my Words of Advice.
Through my homepage, I’ve been telling people how important it is to have grateful hearts.
Has my message helped you? Have you become more grateful?
If so, you must have fewer negative feelings.
I really believe that human lives have a purpose.
It is to make the heart grow or to foster the soul, so to speak.
I think, after all, that to keep raising the level of our consciousness is why we were born to this earth.
In other words, we are here to “evolve our souls”.
Nature has given us lives in this world and added ‘ups and downs’ to them, through which we can make remarkable progress.
Like plants and trees that sprout, grow leaves, blossom, and bear fruit, we grow from childhood to adulthood. But unlike plants and animals, we, as human beings, are so ‘devised’ by Nature that we can grow not only physically but also mentally.
What triggers our growth is the difficulties or hardships in life, or what I have called “waves” that disturb the stability of our minds.
It is a token of the love of Nature that we have ups and downs in our lives.
We don’t realize what a great blessing it is to be able to stay fit until we fall ill.
We don’t realize how happy we’ve been until we experience hardships.
Because some wishes are not granted, we are aware of what it is like to have wishes fulfilled.
We all have hardships as Nature shows her love.
Because we rarely have joys or feel grateful, she gives us hardships
to make us feel joy.
Understand how this universe works and realize that you’ve been so blessed.
And, as you try to feel more intensely happy and joyous, your joy, in return, starts to fill in the ‘lowland’ in your life, then you feel less troubled or disturbed.
Even when you come across something bad, you will no longer take it in a negative way. Rather, you’ll see it in a positive light.
Then, in this way a higher level of consciousness will start to take root.
Even children who don’t like studying may sometimes have a strong feeling of doing their best in tests.
When they are so determined, energy will flow into their hearts.
The energy that impels them to do so will be sent from Nature.
Once energy gets into the children’s hearts,
they become motivated and start to ‘enjoy’ studying, which they hated so much before.
What you thought ‘lowland’ will turn into “highland”.
Energy will fill in that lowland.
This is not limited to children.
Even adults will receive energy from Nature when they try to overcome something difficult or painful.
Once energy enters the heart, joy wells up, and the joy, again, becomes an engine that drives people forward.
In life, we constantly have the “ripple” of trials sent to us.
In my view, these trials are tools to raise the level of energy in our hearts.
If we keep building up energy, thinking that any tool can help us grow, we will be able to accept whatever comes to us, even if it is a desperate trouble. For someone with a calm heart it will be possible to reach a point where we can stay composed when waves, not ripples, come to us, or when surges or even swells come to us.
By then, we’ll have built up an enormous amount of energy in our hearts.
My dear reader, you must have grown through various experiences.
Knowing this, why not try to grow more?
To sum up, all we have to do is to stay calm, whatever happens to us.
Never get troubled, upset, or disturbed and take things as they are.
Let things be as they have been and as they will be.
If we can live like that, energy will build up before we know it.
With this, we’ll be brought to an awareness that great love does exist in this universe that is so eager to bring us up.
This is why Nature has granted us our life on this earth.
Being able to live in this world itself is a great blessing.
Having tools, whatever they are, and being able to foster our growth with them is itself an inconceivable blessing.
Having realized this, I am ready to receive energy, whatever happens to me; and I’m looking forward to building up even higher levels of energy.
The more keenly you feel that you are connected to Nature, the more energy Nature sends to you. With this, you’ll feel content, become more joyful, and rise to a higher level of consciousness where you can love all people.
I wish with all my heart that your joy and your sense of love will be greater this year and that your energy will flow into people around you and a world of peace and comfort will increasingly prevail.
