Hello, everyone, I’m Fuyo Haruna.
Summer is at its height.
Instead of complaining about the heat, bear it with a grateful heart, being aware thatyou can still be in good shape in those high temperatures.
We, as humans, are free to think and feel whatever we want.
No-one can bind our hearts.
So, if we can build up a sense of joy and gratitude in our hearts,
we can make our bodies stronger.
When you are doing something,
whether you think it’s tiring or you feel grateful for being able to do it, will changeeverything.
Your perception alone can change your life itself.
Depending on how high our levels of consciousness are, the levels of stress we feelare quite different.
Stress has a great impact on our bodies.
It can cause various diseases.
What’s been built up in our minds will exert influence on our bodies.
A sense of joy eliminates stress and activates blood and cells in the body; it makesour bodies healthier.
Once a sense of negativity starts to build up in our minds, whatever we see, we seeit negatively.
This will add more negativity to our minds.
Thus, we fall into a vicious circle.
To break such a circle, my advice again is to get into the habit of being joyful.
You all have at least one or two things to be happy about.
If we have just one thing which makes us happy,
most of us are likely to pass by without paying much attention to it.
Or, instead of being pleased about it, we might say: “I was just lucky”.
This way we can’t say we are pleased about it.
I would never be like that.
I would stop to give thanks for each thing which pleases me.
When I run into someone I wanted to see, for instance, I would be impressed withthe wonder of it and say, “I didn’t meet her by accident. Our meeting was inevitable.
Nature knew what I needed and granted it to me. What a wonder! ”
I would be moved, exhilarated, and grateful with all my heart.
I would feel the same way if I was driving down a road and came to a busy three-way intersection without having to stop my car because there were no other carscoming.
When I can keep going without stopping at lights because all the lights are green,
again I would give deep thanks for it.
I can’t just pass by or say I was just lucky.
I would be grateful from the bottom of my heart.
To my wonder, whenever I go out, I always have good weather.
Even when it has been raining, it stops before I arrive at my destination.
So I seldom have trouble.
I think this is because I’ve been building up a sense of gratitude.
In response to my thanks, Nature supports me.
If you count things that you should be happy about,
you’ll find a bunch of them:
You have a house to live in.
You have food to eat.
You can sometimes afford to go on vacation.
You can see things.
You can hear things.
And you have physical strength granted today, too.
You have jobs to do.
And you have the guts granted to do them.
Don’t take them for granted.
Give your heartfelt thanks for each of them and you will see everything change.
Why not give it a try?
