I’m Fuyo Haruna.
I’m truly grateful that I can talk to you on this homepage.
I’m also thankful that I can meet people at gatherings (called Gatherings with FuyoHaruna) held in various parts of Japan and listendirectly to people.
Through talking with people at Gatherings, I’ve noticed with surprise that peoplehave changed; they’ve risen to a much higherstate of consciousness than before.
Recently, an increasing number of people have read my book (“Lullaby of theEarth”). In my writings, I stress the importance of“building a sense of gratitude” byextending thanks for mundane, everyday events that most people usually don’t payattention to orjust take for granted.
Having practiced what I say in the writings, quite a few people have changed theirway of seeing the world.
In a gathering a couple of days ago, I heard people say:
“I’ve come to spend the whole day smiling.”
“I’ve learned to be grateful.”
“Anxieties and anger have vanished”.
These messages make me happy for them from the bottom of my heart.
Whoever has experienced what it is like to have a higher state of consciousnesswill know this;
when seeing the same thing, whether you can see it positively or negatively orwhether the ‘good’ you or the ‘bad’ you comes tothe surface totally depends onhow much energy you have in your mind at that particular point in time.
Likewise, when facing a challenge, at one particular time you may feel like tacklingit, at another time you may just want to keepaway from it.
So, even when you see yourself behaving in a negative way, you don’t have to thinkit’s the ‘real’ you. Because when you arefilled with energy, you’ll turn yourselfinto an ideal person.
When you are out of energy, you’ll be a person full of negativity.
Many of you will become more depressed seeing yourself that way.
But the reality is that you are just suffering from a shortage of energy in your mind.
When anger arises, for example, you are short of energy.
When your mind runs out of energy, a variety of unwanted things happen.
You may have a reason to get angry but your state of mind has caused the thingsthat make you angry to gather around you. Theyhave been attracted to you as ifyou were a magnet.
In the last gathering, a lady said that she’s become less angry.
She’s been trying to be more grateful.
That’s why she’s now filled with energy.
That’s why she’s been out of anger.
People say that colds may lead to all kinds of diseases.
When you are physically weak, you may suffer from various diseases.
Likewise, a shortage of energy will cause your heart to suffer.
Being worried or resentful?a form of suffering?is caused by a shortage of energy inyour mind.
A sense of gratitude and joy is the right remedy.
It gives your body strength and vigor, too.
So please keep adding energy to your heart by embracing a sense of gratitude andjoy.
